A member of the Centre for Conscious Awareness (CCA) UK, I am
honoured not only in becoming a trustee of the CCA but also to have
been nominated for the Officership of Treasurer. For me, it’s a
pleasure to continue to fulfil this role and continue to help the
CCA grow and blossom.

The CCA has greatly
influenced and reshaped my life's path for the future. If I can
through my testimonial share with the world what you and the CCA has
done for me and in so doing help others make a difference in life as
well as in themselves etc. by becoming part of the CCA family, then
inpart I will have succeeded.

When I first logged into
your website of Centre for Conscious Awareness, I was amazed by the
wonderful work you people are doing? I do admire the knowledge you
are impacting on the society and I would really wish to join your
organisation. God bless you in the good work you are doing.
Having read your website, I
am quite amazed by the energy, love, care and team work of you staff
and I would like to thank them for their dedicated work and team
spirit in motivating the society in general.
The wonderful remarks in
the Guest book boosted my moral and I believe and pray to God that
one day I may be able to meet the great founder Mr. Srinivas Arka
and commend his for this noble course. May God bless him abundantly
too. I found value in his quotes and they are inspirational to my
life.
As well as wanting to
become a member, I am interested in the Arka Dhyana classes and I
would like to practice it at home. I wish for the opportunity to
learn as well as work with your organisation, to be able to exploit
my potentials both body and spiritual to the fullest.
I have submitted my request
to become a member of the CCA organisation by completing the
membership form on your website.

The effect of the (Arka Dhyana) classes and my
practice at home of what I have learned has affected my life in a
very positive way.
I meditate about 5 mornings a week, full sound and gesture, 8 point
level plus using simpler versions and breathing almost all the time
as I go through the day. The effect has been to reduce my stress
level dramatically, from high to very low. My dealings with other
people are more pleasant, and people are seeking my company more. I
achieve a lot more with less effort and stress because even when
people are difficult I stay calm, pleasant and relaxed with the help
of this meditation.
Most people, given time seem to respond well to this approach. In
general my life has improved dramatically since starting the
meditation and I’m a lot happier. We have started to learn some
preparatory breathing techniques which have increased my experience
greatly.
I would very much like to continue to learn this meditation
technique and related life skills. The sense of calm once I say the
first sound (Saa-Roo-Go-Vaum) is truly wonderful. I am keen to
progress.
Thanks

It has been a great opportunity and a joy to meet members from the
CCA in England. Friends from Spain, New Zealand, UK and myself from
Mexico got the chance to hear each others experiences on the
teaching of Arka Dhyana. Most of all, it felt like coming back to an
old and cherished family, everybody on the same inspired Adventure
of Self Discovery.
Sammilitha was a great delight for all senses and it was a great
example of what an organized and inspired team can do.
Congratulations to the CCA members!

I would like to thank all the CCA team in England, First of all for those who attended the Intuitive intelligence course in Birmingham.
Secondly my thanks and congratulations also goes to those who volunteered at the event in Croydon. It was a memorable night in many ways, the quality of the performers, dancers and the musicians, which were of a very high standard. It was fascinating to see how youngsters still learn the artistic traditions of their ancestors which creates an obvious bonding and delight amongst the participants themselves. This obviously, is transmitted to any audience and I certainly enjoyed it tremendously. I feel, sharing music and dance like this can help bring many diverse communities together.
The CCA team had organised the whole event with so much love. The event had attracted numerous participants which was wonderful, but maybe a little overwhelming for the organizers. The whole team stayed very centred and for us people who were the observers, they certainly maintained their enthusiasm and warmth through out. Even the next day in the meeting, they were very positive and clear in assessing all the good that had been done and generated, and also in openly discussing in a positive way where things could be improved next time.
For me personally, it was a fine example of team work and all I want to do is congratulate everybody once again and I hope you have many more events of such a high standard in the future.
